Introduction:-
- Use of the first form of verb + "ing".
- Use "has been or have been" as a helping verb.
- With "he, she, it +singular noun" use has been as a helping verb.
- With "I, we, they, you + plural noun" use has been as a helping verb.
- In negative tense use not after have or has but before been.
- In interrogative tense use Have or Has at the beginning of tense.
- The recognition of tense in Urdu is at the end of the Urdu sentence you can see تے رھے ھیں ، تی رھی ھوں ، تا رھا ھوں۔
- Use of “since ” for "point in time from past" e.g. since 2000, since 5 O' Clock, since evening, since yesterday, etc.
- Use of "for" shows “period of time” e.g. for 9 hours, for 12 minutes, for 9 months, for 2 weeks, for 59 years, etc.
Example:-
- Shopkeeper has been keeping his shop well for 2 years.
- Shopkeeper has not been keeping his shop well for 2 years.
- Has the shopkeeper been keeping his shop well for 2 years?
- Shopkeeper has been keeping his shop well since 2022.
- Shopkeeper has not been keeping his shop well since 2022.
- Has the shopkeeper been keeping his shop well since 2022?
- People have been earning through Youtube for many years.
